We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to support our DevOps initiatives, focusing on continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), Azure DevOps, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DevOps teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Translate business objectives into technical requirements for Azure DevOps and AWS-based solutions.
Monitor and evaluate CI/CD processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and cloud engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Support the implementation of DevOps best practices, including version control, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in DevOps or cloud environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Git, Azure Pipelines).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation), GitHub (including Copilot), Nexus package manager; experience with AI Agents, TeamCity and Octopus Deploy a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
