- Qualification- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience- Minimum 10 years' experience
- Similar Capacity Experience Minimum- 3 years Rail/ Metro projects
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and progress trackers.
- Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Present weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management. Maintain documentation related to project activities and approvals.
- Prepare and monitor overall project implementation schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of metro construction, systems, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Track project milestones and identify delays or risks.
- Review contractor deliverables and compliance with contract conditions.
- Monitor adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in variation orders, claims management, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Monitor compliance with metro rail safety standards and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate audits and inspections at project site
- Provide analytical inputs for decision-making.
- Support project directors and senior management in strategic planning.
- Contribute to policy development and process improvement initiatives.
