As an Account Manager at Sidel, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while driving new business development across assigned territories.

The role involves leading the full sales cycle-from opportunity identification and solution positioning to commercial negotiations and contract closure-while collaborating closely with internal teams across engineering, project execution, and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identifying new opportunities in greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Driving value-based selling and positioning of Sidel's technologies
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Supporting long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
