Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our IT Business Apps team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications. You will drive the technical evolution of our CRM systems by capturing business requirements for SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. You'll partner with leaders to define system goals, prioritize project scoping, and translate complex business needs into functional designs for our engineering teams.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead business and functional requirements to Sales/Experience Cloud standard features and functionality while defining and prioritizing scoping
  • Capture requirements from business users pertaining to the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for the engineering team

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 6-8 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software
  • 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms
  • Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow
  • Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Deep knowledge of implementing complex processes including account management, opportunity management, and partner relationships
  • Availability to support business-critical production issues 24x7 when necessary
  • Experience Cloud Certification or direct Experience Cloud implementation experience
