- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements related to collections processes and systems.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current collections workflows and recommend improvements.
- Define business and functional requirements for technology projects, including system integrations and automation solutions.
- Test and validate system changes, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with standards.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program effectiveness.
- Act as the bridge between business teams, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and analysis of collections activities.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
