• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements related to collections processes and systems.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current collections workflows and recommend improvements.
• Define business and functional requirements for technology projects, including system integrations and automation solutions.
• Test and validate system changes, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with standards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program effectiveness.
• Act as the bridge between business teams, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and analysis of collections activities.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Proficient in JIRA,Confluence, Agile.
