Burson is looking for an Account Executive for Digital. As an Account Executive, you are expected to actively support day-to-day client activities under the guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to Burson's performance by assisting in managing client relationships and integrated communication (IC) programs, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting new business initiatives. You are required to align with our corporate strategy to help ensure superior client service, a collaborative culture, and overall efficiency.
What you'll do:
- Stay updated on your clients' businesses, industries, and competitors, and use this knowledge to support ongoing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Assist senior team members in executing integrated communication (IC) programs aligned with client objectives.
- Draft high-quality client-facing materials such as status reports, campaign summaries, media lists, and basic press materials with minimal supervision.
- Support in organizing client meetings, brainstorm sessions, and contribute creative ideas.
- Develop an understanding of the media landscape and assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Support the development of press materials and coordination of media interactions and events.
- Stay updated on social media trends and assist in identifying opportunities for digital and influencer engagement.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Generative AI tools and support their use across research, content creation, ideation, and daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support seniors in developing proposals and case studies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support execution of client strategies.
