Analyst-Primary Issuance
Should have knowledge on Primary Markets or Secondary markets
Knowledge of different Primary Issuance events and Settlements (IPO, Coupons & Redemptions) and different products (Equity & Fixed Income)
Coordinate with respective Front Office & Middle Office to ensure the bookings are right for BO processing
Notify all the respective stakeholders of all incoming Primary Issuance events
Timely settlement of the events related to Primary Issuance
To ensure payment/receipts for all the Primary events are performed within the timelines
Follow up and analyse all cash & stocks discrepancies and perform daily reconciliation
Respond promptly to FO, MO, and all the respective stakeholder's requests.
Improve BO processes.
Assist and test the release of new information systems.
Ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission, and objectives set by management are adhered to on daily discharge of duties.
Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management.
Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in Equities/Bonds Back Office Settlements process, preferably primary markets
- Meticulous, discipline and possess good working attitude.
- Able to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
