Role Overview
Be part of one of the most strategic and highenergy practices at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC). The Innovation Practice operates at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, enabling the organization to anticipate change, adapt rapidly, and remain resilient and competitive in a fastevolving environment.
The role focuses on identifying early signals from business and technology trends, translating them into actionable insights, and driving enterpriselevel innovation through strong crossbusiness and ecosystem collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Innovation & Foresight
- Identify, assess, and interpret emerging business, technology, and operatingmodel trends, evaluating their trajectory and potential enterprise impact.
- Translate market signals into clear opportunity themes, insights, and priorities to inform leadership decisionmaking.
- Strengthen organizational adaptability by embedding futureready thinking into innovation and transformation agendas.
Business & Process Transformation
- Build strong understanding of endtoend, crossfunctional processes, including upstream and downstream dependencies across clusters.
- Reimagine processes, capabilities, services, and customer journeys using design thinking, systems thinking, and datadriven methods.
- Conceptualize and deliver solutions to complex and ambiguous business problems, balancing strategic intent with execution feasibility.
Autonomous Engagement & Delivery
- Independently lead business line and Grouplevel innovation engagements, operating with minimal supervision.
- Own delivery outcomes including scope definition, execution governance, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
- Apply strong project management discipline while adapting to evolving requirements and priorities.
Ecosystem & Partnership Enablement
- Build and maintain relationships with external innovation ecosystem partners (startups, incubators, universities, research bodies).
- Identify and structure partnerships that accelerate innovation, capability building, and business value creation.
- Act as a credible interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Research, Benchmarking & Market Intelligence
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including benchmarking and crossmarket analysis, to identify trends and best practices.
- Design and manage research initiatives endtoend, including methodology selection, agency management, and synthesis of insights.
- Translate insights into executiveready recommendations to inform priorities and initiatives.
Stakeholder Influence & Communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, champions, and sponsors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage stakeholders across levels and geographies with confidence and influence.
- Communicate insights and outcomes through clear, concise, and compelling narratives, supported by data and visual storytelling.
Thought Leadership & Capability Building
- Contribute to internal and external forums on innovation, market intelligence, and emerging trends.
- Support development of shared innovation capabilities, frameworks, and best practices within SG GSC.
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with the ability to create executiveready presentations and analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary, agile, and fastchanging environments.
- Sound understanding of market practices, business processes, and relevant industry knowledge.
- High learning agility with a strong interest in emerging technologies, digital tools, and disruptive trends.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Ability to engage with and guide business teams to deliver outcomes in line with service level agreements and expected quality standards.
- Proven project and program management skills, ensuring timely and effective delivery of assignments.
- Advanced decisionmaking skills to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and organizational systems effectively.
- Comfortable working in externalfacing, fluid, and evolving environments.
- Naturally curious and entrepreneurial mindset; prior experience in startups or entrepreneurial contexts is an advantage.
