3-6 years of experience with a working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.

Demonstration skill in preparation and maintenance of SOP documents.

Knowledge and familiarity in concepts of functional testing.

Expert in client communication and stakeholder management

Ability to trouble shoot and liaise with SMEs to provide solutions to critical issues.

Solve day to day functional support issues.

Participate in the meetings and note the action points for follow-ups.

Operational idea on Cash Management, Accounting is desirable.

Coordinate the investigation, resolution and reporting on production incidents issues.
Report any inconsistency to the all stakeholders.

Liaise with Business and change team when user request about new functionality in application.

Production Defect testing during major release and Emergency release.

Liaise with release management team to keep the development environment up to date for production issue testing.

Willing to work in any flexible shifts.



Minimum 3-6 year of experience in corporate payments domain.

Product Knowledge: Transact , Tcs Bancs , Flex cube, Finacle ( At least one product knowledge preferable ).

Primary Skills Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing.

Knowledge on SWIFT ( Mt 103,202,202 Cov... so on) & ISO 20022 Message Processing ( Pain , Pacs.. so on ).

Deep understanding of payment life Cycle.

Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS / CHATS/ RTP / CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / SEPA / Step2 / Target2 / Faster Payments / IMPS / etc.)

SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management).

Understand Global Payments Business and Trends.

Understating of Brief accounting concept.

Proven experience in functional analysis.

Basic knowledge of SQL query preparation
