Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog.
  • Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the engineering team fully comprehends the requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the main contact for clarifying requirements and coordinating delivery.
  • Plan, oversee, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
  • Define user acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar position within a software development setting.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to adopt an end-user perspective and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong skills in organization and prioritization, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in small businesses or startup environments.
  • Technical knowledge or understanding of software development processes.
