Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of customer implementation projects, overseeing the process from kickoff to go-live and the stabilization phase.
  • Create and update project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependency management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination, providing status updates, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Analysts, Technical Implementation Specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and priorities.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and escalate concerns proactively when needed.
  • Organize and coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and activities to prepare for go-live.
  • Verify that all requirements are fully implemented, tested, and validated before the go-live date.
  • Provide support during the post go-live stabilization period and facilitate a seamless handover to support teams.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Project Management roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level, customer-facing product implementations.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid foundation in project management principles, including planning, tracking, and managing risks and issues.
  • Ability to comprehend product workflows and business processes to effectively address functional inquiries.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare domain, including areas such as Prior Authorization (PA), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims, Eligibility, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
