About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer - Application Support to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications built on Appian and Microsoft technology stacks. This is a support-oriented role with responsibility for application stability, issue resolution, minor enhancements, and operational excellence across multiple environments.
The role requires strong technical expertise, an ownership mindset, and excellent English communication skills, as the position involves regular interaction with business users, global IT teams, and stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend / Low-Code
- Appian (SAIL interfaces, process models, rules, integrations)
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing Appian applications
Backend / Microsoft Stack
- .NET Framework / Microsoft Application Development
- C#
- VB.NET
- PowerShell scripting
Integration
- REST API consumption and support
- JSON/XML data handling
Database & Data
- Strong SQL skills (queries, procedures, performance troubleshooting)
- SSIS packaging and support
- Data modeling and data analysis experience
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in full stack development and application support
- Hands-on experience supporting Appian and Microsoft-based enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of production support processes, SLAs, and incident management
- Experience working in support-heavy or operations-focused roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience
Communication & Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) - written and spoken
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a support role, including planned maintenance or on-call support as required
- Strong ownership, accountability, and team collaboration mindset
Nice to Have
- Appian certification(s)
- Experience with ITIL processes or application support frameworks

Application Management & Production Support
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for enterprise applications built using Appian and Microsoft technologies
- Monitor application health, performance, availability, and stability.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL-based operational processes including:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Problem Management
- Service Request Fulfilment
- Participate in on-call support and critical production issue management as required.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.
Full Stack Development & Enhancement
- Develop frontend workflows and process applications using:

- Build APIs, automation scripts, scheduled jobs, and integration services.
- Support Microsoft application development technologies and enterprise integration frameworks.

Support backend services developed using .NET, C#, VB.NET, and PowerShell
Monitor application health, performance, and availability across environments
Develop and support REST API integrations between internal and external systems
Create, maintain, and execute PowerShell scripts for automation, support tasks, and environment maintenance
Support SQL databases, including queries, performance tuning, data validation, and troubleshooting
Manage and support SSIS packages, data pipelines, and scheduled jobs
Perform data modeling, data analysis, and support reporting or reconciliation requirements
Collaborate with App DBA and infrastructure teams for deployments, releases, packaging, and environment setup
Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge articles
