Roles & responsibilities
The Associate 2 will be predominantly responsible to -
Perform checks on reporting and data to ensure completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with CAS onshore operations team and service operational leads to centralize certain administrative tasks
Prepare Excel pivots and other data processing on a regular basis
Assist with reviewing of hours and expenses to ensure they are accurately coded
Perform checks on various CAS materials and lists to ensure they are updated with latest information
Assist with monitoring of key financial metrics within CAS
Perform ad-hoc analysis and assist with various projects that support CAS services
Perform daily administrative tasks that are critical to operating CAS service offerings
Provide other ad-hoc support to the onshore CAS operations team and CAS service leaders with various projects
Perform and help improve the consistency of operational controls
Assisting CAS Operations team and CAS service leaders with their day-to-day tasks
Performing operational controls on a regular basis.

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
MBA/M Com
Work experience
Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center would be preferred

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Highly proficient skills with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (e.g. creating pivot tables and vlookups in Excel)
Strong project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to attend a weekly call from 8:30AM to 9:30AM U.S. Central Time Zone (At least once per week).
