Roles & responsibilities

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, performance marketing expertise, team management and stakeholder management.

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives
Own the digital marketing roadmap across paid, owned, and earned channels
Translate business priorities into data-driven digital campaigns and initiatives

Campaign & Channel Management

Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, social, content syndication)
Oversee campaign execution end-to-end: briefing, build, launch, optimization, and reporting

Performance & Optimisation

Track and optimise campaign performance against KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, CPL, and ROI
Use analytics tools to derive insights and recommend continuous improvements
A/B test creatives, messaging, landing pages, and journeys to drive performance uplift

Content & Customer Journey

Optimise digital customer journeys and lead nurturing flows
Contribute to content calendars and digital asset planning

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

Partner with sales, CRM, marketing operations, and regional teams to align on objectives and execution
Present clear performance updates and insights to senior stakeholders
Lead, train and coach team members and supervise on day-to-day activities

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

MBA in Marketing or similar area of study.

Work experience

The candidate must have to 6-8 years of relevant experience, with

minimum 3 years of team management experience.

-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
-Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics
-Excellent project management and prioritization skills
-Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
-Strong communication and presentation skills

Technical skills

-Marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot)
-Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
-SEO tools and CMS platforms
-Email marketing and lead nurturing frameworks

Behavioral / team skills

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
-Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
-6-8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
-Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns at scale
-Experience working in B2B, professional services, or complex stakeholder environments is a plus
