We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of AI/ML Practice with 10+ years of experience to drive AI strategy, lead enterprise AI transformations, and scale high-impact AI/GenAI solutions.

Qualifications
What You'll Do:
Build & scale AI/ML practice
Lead GenAI, LLM, RAG & AI Agent solutions
Drive AI pre-sales, demos & client workshops
Mentor AI teams & establish MLOps best practices
Own end-to-end AI solution delivery
Must Have:
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG
Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
Enterprise AI consulting & delivery experience
Leadership mindset with strong stakeholder management
