| Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle including planning, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. |
| Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap. |
| Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications in a fast-paced product environment. |
| Mentor and guide engineers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. |
| Oversee code quality through reviews, best practices, and adherence to engineering standards. |
| Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation effectively. |
| Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. |
| Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration across QA, DevOps, and support teams. |
| Required: 12-15 years of IT experience with BE / MCA, including proven experience in leading product engineering teams. |
| Strong hands-on technical background in software development (e.g., backend/frontend technologies, cloud, microservices) will be an added advantage. |
| Prior experience in system design, architecture, and coding is highly preferred and considered a strong plus. |
