Description:
• • Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) applications, ensuring system stability and SLA compliance.
• • Support core EHS functionalities including Global Label Management (GLM) printing, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Marketability & Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management.
• • Manage incidents, problems, and service requests following ITIL processes, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• • Support EHS master data, specification management, phrase management, and regulatory data updates to ensure compliance accuracy.
