Description:
• • Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for SAP GTS, including incident, problem, and change management
• • Support SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management (embargo, SPL, export control)
• • Monitor and resolve GTS interfaces with SAP ECC/S/4HANA (SD, MM, Logistics)
• • Perform root cause analysis, bug fixes, and minor enhancements in line with SLAs
• • Handle master data, configuration, and compliance updates (legal regulations, customs rules)
• • Support upgrade/patch activities, testing, and transport management
• • Prepare system documentation, KT materials, and support audits & compliance reporting
• • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams for smooth day-to-day operations
