Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Investigating and perform root cause analysis of the issues not detected by Dynatrace
2. Identifying monitoring Gaps across application infrastructure and platforms and perform improvements
3. Onboarding new application and services including configuration of custom Alerts, notification, dashboards, Tags etc.
4. Integrating and manage cloud platforms such as AWS and AZURE within Dynatrace for end-to-end monitoring
5. Collaborating with app teams to troubleshoot issue and enhance monitoring coverage
6. Setting up and manage client meeting track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
7. Generating and present monthly reports on monitoring health incidents and improvements.
8. Fine-tuning existing Configuration to align with customer expectation and optimize monitoring effectiveness
9. Participating in Sprint Planning, backlog review and support agile delivery process.
Technical skills
1. Strong Knowledge in Dynatrace tool administration concepts.
2. Experience on AWS, AZURE along with Dynatrace will be an added advantage.
3. Ability to direct and guide team to resolve crisis situations within prescribed SLAs
4. Ability to provide consultation for new projects, functionalities, migrations, upgrades.
5. Ability to direct and guide team to resolve crisis situations within prescribed SLAs
6. Ability to plan, initiate and manage special tasks/projects. Good analytical, trouble-shooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification.
7. Ability to resolve service requests. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
