US Accounting Executive

Experience Required
2-5+ Years in US Accounting & Payroll Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accounting Executive with strong expertise in US payroll processing, accounting operations, and compliance . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with platforms like Rippling or ADP , along with proficiency in handling W2, C2C, and 1099 payroll processes , timesheets, journal entries, and QuickBooks accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage US payroll using Rippling or ADP
• Handle employee payroll classifications including:
  • W2
  • C2C
  • 1099 contractors
• Review, validate, and maintain employee timesheets
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks
• Reconcile payroll reports and accounting statements
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and tax requirements
• Coordinate with HR, recruiters, and finance teams for payroll inputs
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Generate payroll and financial reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Rippling or ADP payroll systems
• Good understanding of:
  • US Payroll Processing
  • W2 / C2C / 1099 employment models
  • Timesheet management
  • Journal entries and reconciliations
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of US accounting principles and payroll compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US staffing or consulting companies
• Familiarity with payroll taxes and employee onboarding documentation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
