  • Work closely with the client POCs to build rapport with them
  • Understand the requirements completely that are shared by the client POCs
  • Work with your team to get the best and qualified output for each requirement
  • Process the submission with the client POCs and work with them through the whole interview and selection process
  • Mentor your team on the best tools, strings, interview processes for best outcome
  • Generate a positive, healthy, and competitive environment within your team
  • Identify areas of improvement within your team members and help overcome them
  • Work across client POCs to grow the volume of requirements
  • Support the team at times by doing hands on recruitment to keep the team motivated
  • Educate yourself by participating in social media and other means to keep abreast of new tools and means in the staffing industry
  • Use software tools of the company to increase productivity and generate MIS for the Management on regular basis
  • Ensure follow of processes as per company norms
  • Help grow business in whatever way possible - sales, account management, delivery
