Senior Application Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to bridge the gap between complex logistics operations and financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CargoWise One (C1) and a strong background in accounting systems, specifically with experience integrating or supporting Workday or FIS environments.
As a senior member of the team, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting high-level technical issues, optimizing financial workflows within the supply chain, and ensuring seamless data integrity between our operational and ERP platforms.
### Key Responsibilities
Platform Mastery: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CargoWise One (C1), overseeing configuration, system health, and complex incident resolution.
Financial Integration: Support and maintain the interface between CargoWise and enterprise accounting platforms (Workday or FIS).
Problem Resolution: Lead the investigation of critical application errors, particularly those impacting billing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger synchronization.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Finance and Operations departments to streamline automated workflows and improve financial reporting accuracy.
