AI Full Stack Engineer, Platform

You will work on internal platforms and tools used across the company. You will build AI-native solutions that automate repetitive workflows, improve quality and free up teams to focus on higher-leverage work. You will work across Python services and React JS interfaces.

• Work on internal tools and dashboards in React JS used by teams across the company.
• Contribute to Python services that power internal APIs, job orchestration and workflow automation.
• Deploy AI agents that automate repetitive internal workflows like ETL pipelines and configuration management.
• Build log-driven automations that detect known issues and apply known fixes without manual intervention.
• Refactor legacy platform code using Claude Code and Cursor, turning years of accumulated complexity into clean foundations.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer productivity and shipping velocity.

What we are looking for
• 2+ years building production systems in Python.
• 2+ years building production React JS interfaces with TypeScript, modern hooks patterns and state management.
• Systems thinking with experience in queues, async pipelines and service-to-service contracts.
• Track record of working in legacy codebases using Claude or similar AI tools to ship confidently.
• Daily user of AI coding tools with a clear philosophy on how to apply them.
• Comfortable contributing to developer-facing surfaces where the UX bar is high.

Bonus
• Built and deployed AI agents in production, ideally with tool use, memory or multi-step reasoning.
• Experience working with open-source LLMs in production.
• LLM orchestration frameworks, eval pipelines or agent observability.
• ETL automation experience.
• Contributions to internal developer platforms.
