| Ability to Study existing systems, programs, integrate and support various business systems (Container TOS, Non-Container TOS, Logistics TOS, Interfaces, Mobile apps, Other port applications i.e CLMS / HRMS, Audit Compliance for Statutory/Internal/MAAS etc.) Design Solution, Project management and implementation and build collaboration platform and contribute towards port & terminal operations. |

| 1. | Review and understand the Scope and define technical requirements of IT systems & Business Applications |
| 2. | Systems Integrations, Process Improvement & Solution architecture. |
| 3. | Design Solution & incorporating system automation, and infrastructures components; system performance optimizations and value engineering. |
| 4. | Identify business applications in the areas of expertise, work with Business Owners, Technology partners and drive the projects to success. |
| 5. | Ensure business value delivery from each of the IT solutions deployed and under deployment. |
| 6. | Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and database associates for system availability |
| 7. | Ensure Project Execution and stake holder Coordination at Local Site. |
| 8. | Schedule and Plan activities with dependencies to identify the technical issues/conflicts |
