About the Role
AlgoTale is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in hiring for Product-Based companies and handling end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing high-quality technical talent, stakeholder management, and closing positions within tight timelines.
This role requires someone who understands the product engineering ecosystem and has hands-on experience hiring for technical roles across Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, AI/ML, and Leadership hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
- Build strong talent pipelines for product-based technical roles.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical fit, communication skills, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Work aggressively on closures with focus on quality hiring and quick turnaround time.
- Stay updated with current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices in the product-based technology space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Must have hiring experience for Product-Based companies.
- Strong exposure to technical hiring across engineering and product teams.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Python, Golang, Java, Node.js, React, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be highly preferred.
