Talon International - Head of Sales
1. Mandatory Industry Experience (NonNegotiable)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in selling Zippers & Trims (Labels / Accessories acceptable only if core experience includes zippers & trims).
At least 5 years in a managerial / leadership position.
Strong working knowledge of zippers & trims is compulsory.
Proven track record in achieving sales growth and profitability targets.
2. Preferred Industry Background
First preference to candidates who have worked with YKK / Ideal Zipper / SAB or similar reputed zipper & trims companies.
3. Geographic & CrossCountry Exposure
Experience handling India, Bangladesh, and/or Pakistan markets is essential.
Ability to lead and manage sales teams across multiple regions.
Comfortable reporting to the Chief Operating Officer based in Hong Kong, as stated in the JD.
4. Sales Strategy, Growth & Global Exposure
Full ownership of sales targets, growth, and profitability.
Experience in formulating and implementing strategic sales & marketing plans.
Strong capability in new business development, identifying new clients/channels, pricing management, and expanding the sales network.
Exposure to global customers / international sourcing interactions will be an added advantage.
5. Leadership & Personal Attributes

6. Education & Skills
University graduate with relevant training in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
