Position: Relationship Manager - MFD Activations
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays are working in accordance to the team work)

Role Overview:
Drive MFD partner onboarding by building relationships, activating distributors on Volt Money's platform, and enabling them to offer loan against mutual funds to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Development -
Make outbound calls to MFDs to introduce Volt Money and DSP Finance partnership
Build strong relationships through regular engagement and understand distributor business needs
Position loan against mutual funds as a value-added service for their clients
Activation & Onboarding
Guide MFDs through complete activation process with documentation and demo sessions
Educate partners on products, commission structure, and B2B2C model
Address queries and follow up to ensure successful activation completion
2. Product Consultation
Explain loan products, terms, and customer benefits to MFD partners
Train partners on positioning loans against mutual funds to their client base
Share success stories to demonstrate partnership value
3. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM (LeadSquared/Salesforce)
Track activation pipeline, conversion rates, and partner engagement
Provide regular reports on activation targets and achievements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business/Commerce preferred)
Experience: 2-4 years in relationship management, sales, or partner activation; financial services/fintech experience preferred
Key Skills
Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus
Understanding of mutual fund distribution and loan products
Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities
Proficient in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving and consultative approach
Performance Metrics:
Daily outbound calls and connection rates
Monthly MFD activations completed
Conversion rate from contact to activation
CRM data quality and target achievement
