Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and manage dealer/distributor networks and institutional client relationships.
Identify and pursue opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, and solar integrators.
Lead B2B and B2C initiatives for energy storage and inverter products.
Conduct market analysis, pricing benchmarking, and competitor tracking.
Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Manage a regional sales team and ensure KPI achievement.
Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, inverters.
Strong network within the Karnataka energy ecosystem (dealers, EPCs, institutions).
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Engineering or business degree; MBA preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Engineering or business degree; MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in regional sales and dealing with dealer/distributor networks.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and sales skills.
Proficient in English, Kannada & Hindi.
