• Partner with SI and business teams to implement SAP PaPM in an Upstream Oil & Gas environment
• Review Product backlog items from PRRT Fit-to-Standard workshop, identify Fit-Gaps and Advise SI on designing scalable PaPM solutions
• Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and external data sources Skills Required
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM (data models, allocations, calculation engine)
• Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end PaPM implementations
• Solid understanding of integration with S/4HANA and third-party data sources
• Ability to design solutions aligned with standard functionality and best practices
• Experience leading cross-functional discussions (Finance, Tax, Costing, Joint Venture Accounting)
• Ability to extract / handle data from SAP S/4 HANA based on GL Accounts, Cost Centers, WBS, Joint Venture and Recovery Indictors and restructure them in PaPM layer Preferred
• Exposure to Oil & Gas industry; PRRT or similar tax frameworks is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Fit-to-Standard methodology
• Understanding of financial data structures (e.g., Universal Journal) and allocation logic
