Role Description
We are seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Engineer to support the onboarding, enablement, and daytoday adoption of Power Platform applications, with a particular focus on Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role is centered on helping internal teams design, configure, and operationalize Power Platform solutions that meet business needs while adhering to established governance and platform standards.
This position is well suited for an engineer who is handson with Power Platform applications, enjoys working directly with customers and usecase teams, and can help translate requirements into practical, wellgoverned solutions. The role operates under the guidance of senior engineers and platform owners, with opportunities to grow toward deeper platform responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new customer and business use cases onto approved Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Act as a daytoday technical contact for teams using Power Platform applications, answering questions related to:
- Platform capabilities and limitations
- Appropriate use of Power Apps, flows, and copilots
- Common configuration and design patterns
- Assist with the configuration and setup of Power Platform applications, including:
- Canvas and modeldriven apps
- Power Automate flows
- Copilot Studio agents and topics
- Support integration of Power Platform applications with other enterprise systems using approved connectors and patterns.
- Help ensure solutions align with existing governance, security, and compliance guardrails, escalating exceptions or risks to senior engineers when required.
- Assist with solution packaging, deployment, and environment lifecycle activities following defined processes.
- Partner with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve onboarding or operational issues.
- Contribute to documentation, onboarding guides, and FAQs to improve the Power Platform customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues or friction points and raise them for continuous improvement of the platform and processes.
Required Experience & Skills
- Handson experience working with Microsoft Power Platform applications in a professional or enterprise setting.
- Working knowledge of core Power Platform components, including:
- Power Apps (canvas and/or modeldriven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse fundamentals
- Experience supporting or enabling multiple users or teams on shared Power Platform environments.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, including basic agent configuration and topic design.
- Ability to explain Power Platform concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Understanding of platform guardrails and governance concepts, such as environment usage and controlled connectors.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within established standards and guidance.
- Ability to balance responsiveness to customers with platform stability and risk considerations.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 applications or use cases.
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance controls, such as DLP policies and connector management.
- Exposure to CI/CD or release processes for Power Platform solutions.
- Experience supporting workflowdriven or casebased Power Platform applications.
- Basic understanding of Dataverse security roles and access provisioning.
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise technology environment.
- Interest in developing deeper expertise in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or platform engineering over time.
