Senior Manager - Planning

Responsibilities (List all)

Manages work related to procurement, supply and logistics of materials including Material Requirement Planning, Material procurement and Material inventory planning and control

Drives S&OP process for DTA and schedules material plans based on the same

Manages Stores function (Inward/Outward) and ensures JIT delivery of materials to the line / customer schedules

Handling the team covering procurement, Stores, Master scheduling and logistics.

Will also be responsible for Managing warehouses and ensure material supply based on production plan

Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack (List all)

Essential

Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Technical: Proficiency in SAP/ERP modules, inventory forecasting, material planning, S&OP Planning and data analysis tools like advanced Excel.

Experience: 13 - 15 Years

Post-Graduation/ PGDM: PG Qualification will be added advantage

Preferable

System Proficiency: Strong Technical exposure in S&OP

Warehouse & Logistics Knowledge :Good exposure in handling Kanban/JIT/ etc. - WH Management and Inventory management

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse stock reports, identify bottlenecks, and forecast requirements.
