Talent Partner - Global Operations
About the Role
- We are looking to hire a Talent Partner - Global Operations, a highly driven and people-centric professional who will support and scale global HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- This role will begin with a strong process focus on global onboarding and background verification, ensuring stability, consistency, and operational excellence at the entry point of the employee journey.
- Over time, as processes mature and scale, the role will progressively expand to take on broader ownership across Talent Operations, including employee exits, changes, and other lifecycle events.
- The role sits at the intersection of operations, employee experience, compliance, systems, and stakeholder management. While onboarding is a foundational pillar, the scope is intentionally broader, enabling growth into end-to-end Talent Ops ownership as the organization evolves.

- Payroll and benefits coordination
- Policy governance and audits
- Global compliance operations
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support role evolution and leadership readiness
