Job Title : W || Team Lead Operation Qualification : Graduated Relevant Experience : 5+ Years Must Have Skills : 1. Excellent communication skills (UK/US/Australian voice process) 2. Strong team handling and people management skills 3. Experience in inbound customer support operations 4. Good knowledge of KPIs, SLA, and performance management 5. Ability to handle escalations and drive team performance Good Have Skills : 1. Exposure to multiple international processes 2. Stakeholder management 3. Basic reporting and Excel skills 4. Training and mentoring experience Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Manage and lead a team in international voice process 2. Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs/SLA targets are met 3. Handle customer escalations and provide resolution 4. Conduct regular team reviews, feedback, and coaching sessions 5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations 6. Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad CTC Range : 3 Lpa - 7.5 Lpa Notice Period : Immediate joiners or up to 30 days Mode of Interview : Virtual Shift Timing : Rotational shifts Mode of Work : Work from Office
