Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Generalist / US HR
Location: Noida / Offshore (US Shift)
Experience: 5–8+ Years (as per role level)
Shift: US Shift (Night shift for offshore teams)

Job Summary
The HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for US employees, ensuring compliance with US labor laws, handling employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and supporting talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle for US employees (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle audits, compliance checks, and policy implementation
Payroll & Benefits
  • Coordinate US payroll processing with vendors (ADP, Paychex, Workday, etc.)
  • Manage benefits administration (health insurance, 401(k), PTO, leaves)
  • Address payroll discrepancies and employee queries
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for US employees regarding HR policies and concerns
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support US hiring processes in coordination with recruitment teams
  • Conduct background checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding sessions
  • Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires
Policy & Process Management
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with US laws
  • Support HR process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of US HR practices and labour laws
  • Experience handling US payroll and benefits
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in US time zones
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Experience working with US-based employees or clients
  • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
