Partner Success Manager
POSITION:
We are looking for a highly-motivated Partner Success Manager to join our organization and serve as the primary success driver for a tiered ecosystem of certified partners. In this role, you will deliver differentiated support, resources, and engagement based on each partner's tier level - ensuring every partner receives the right level of guidance to thrive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of partner success principles, a consultative mindset, and the ability to drive product adoption and performance outcomes across all partner tiers. A passion for enabling partners to successfully deliver The Predictive Index's products and services is essential.
Your day-to-day:
- Conducts tiered business reviews (QBRs) calibrated to partner tier - high-frequency strategic sessions for top partners and structured check-ins for emerging partners - to assess performance progress and identify growth opportunities
- Develops and executes tiered partner success plans, establishing differentiated goals, enablement milestones, and performance expectations based on each partner's designated tier
- Proactively monitors partner health metrics by tier, identifying at-risk partners early and implementing targeted interventions to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Collaborates with partners to establish a clear roadmap for advancing to higher tiers and ensuring tier benefits and requirements are clearly communicated and upheld
- Serves as the internal advocate for partners across all tiers, escalating issues appropriately and working cross-functionally to remove barriers to partner success
- Collaborates cross-departmentally within PI to ensure partners at every tier have access to the right tools, content, and support, and that tier-specific expectations and deliverables are consistently met
- Ensures partner compliance with tier agreements and program requirements, managing escalations with urgency and tracking resolution against defined SLAs by tier
- Maintains a deep understanding of The Predictive Index assessments, software, and consulting solutions to effectively communicate tier-specific value propositions and drive partner investment in expanding their PI practice

- Partner success, channel management, or account management experience with a demonstrated track record of driving partner growth and satisfaction across tiered programs.
- Experience designing or managing tiered partner programs, including defining tier criteria, benefits, and escalation paths, is a strong differentiator.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, partner portals, AI tools or CRM tools to manage partner workflows and track tier-specific performance metrics is a strong plus.
- Consultative approach to relationship-building with a passion for developing long-term, tier-specific partner strategies that produce measurable outcomes
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with partners across all tiers, from emerging partners to high-investment strategic partners
- Intellectually curious and capable of quickly learning the PI platform and articulating how different products and solutions address the needs of partners across all tiers
- Agile, scrappy, tech savvy (e.g. asana, excel, etc), and willing to get your hands dirty
- Proactive, empathetic, and a collaborative team player committed to driving partner success across all tier levels and championing the partner experience within The Predictive Index
- Demonstrate a desire to continually grow one's skillset
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team, or individually, without direct supervision.
This is an exempt, salaried position. The compensation range for our Partner Success Manager role is $160,000-180,000 OTE annually.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and our generous benefits package (including unlimited PTO!)
