- Partner Relationship Management:<\/b> Own and nurture strategic relationships with subcontractor partners, acting as their primary contact to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
<\/span><\/li>\n- Contract and Rate Negotiations: <\/b>Lead the preparation, negotiation, and maintenance of service\-level agreements and rate cards that reflect competitive and cost\-effective pricing.
<\/span><\/li>\n- Performance Monitoring and Partner Sourcing:<\/b> Monitor partner KPIs and service quality, resolve escalations efficiently, and source\/onboard new subcontractor partners to meet capacity and strategic needs.<\/span>
