    \n What You'll Do:<\/b>

    • Partner Relationship Management:<\/b> Own and nurture strategic relationships with subcontractor partners, acting as their primary contact to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Contract and Rate Negotiations: <\/b>Lead the preparation, negotiation, and maintenance of service\-level agreements and rate cards that reflect competitive and cost\-effective pricing.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Performance Monitoring and Partner Sourcing:<\/b> Monitor partner KPIs and service quality, resolve escalations efficiently, and source\/onboard new subcontractor partners to meet capacity and strategic needs.<\/span>

      • Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, or related field.

      • Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication skills.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ability to manage multiple partner accounts across different countries and time zones independently.

      • Analytical mindset focused on service performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
