Role Overview

Zinnov is seeking a senior and visionary Partner to lead its GCC Platform and CoE Accelerator offerings. This leader will own and scale the GCC Accelerator Platform (GAP)-a data-led, insight-driven platform that enables enterprises to design, build, scale, and transform global capability centers through benchmarks, market intelligence, ecosystem access, and outcome-based interventions.

The role operates at the intersection of consulting, platform strategy, and ecosystem-led transformation. The Partner will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client impact, building differentiated intellectual property, and positioning Zinnov as a market leader in GCC-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Own and scale Zinnov's GCC Platform & Accelerator business globally
  • Drive customer retention, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across industries and geographies
  • Build and execute multi-year strategies to position GAP as a market-leading platform
  • Identify and develop new monetization models, including subscription-led and data-driven offerings

Platform Strategy & Innovation

  • Evolve the GCC Accelerator Platform as a differentiated, insight-led capability
  • Drive innovation across AI-led GCC transformation, digital engineering, and talent strategy
  • Integrate platform capabilities with consulting-led transformation programs
  • Develop benchmarks, maturity frameworks, and outcome-driven interventions

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs (CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, COOs, GCC Heads, PE Operating Partners)
  • Lead large-scale engagements across GCC strategy, operating model design, and transformation
  • Anchor executive-level relationships with global enterprises and Private Equity portfolio companies
  • Drive value creation through GCC-led innovation, capability build-out, and global talent strategies

Ecosystem & Growth

  • Leverage Zinnov's ecosystem of GCCs, startups, academia, and technology partners
  • Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, SaaS firms, and engineering service providers
  • Position GAP as a central intelligence and networking hub for GCC leaders globally

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

  • Shape Zinnov's voice in the GCC and CoE space through reports, benchmarks, and POVs
  • Lead CXO forums, roundtables, and industry engagements
  • Build differentiated intellectual property on GCC maturity, AI-led CoEs, and value creation frameworks

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead high-performing consulting and platform teams
  • Drive a culture of insight-led consulting and data-driven storytelling
  • Mentor future leaders and strengthen practice capabilities

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of experience across consulting, research/advisory, or GCC leadership roles
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, scaling practices, or leading platform-led business models
  • Strong background in GCC strategy, global delivery, or engineering center transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to build IP, benchmarks, or insight-led offerings
  • Experience working with global enterprises or Private Equity clients
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and business acumen
