Role Overview

As a Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will drive end-to-end hiring for consulting mandates, partnering closely with business leaders to solve complex talent challenges across strategy, technology, and advisory practices.

This role goes beyond execution - it requires a solutioning mindset, strong market intelligence, and the ability to build predictable, high-quality talent pipelines for niche and leadership hiring.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions while mentoring recruiters and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting Hiring Ownership (Core Focus)

  • Own end-to-end delivery for consulting roles across Strategy, Digital, Technology, and Advisory
  • Drive hiring for mid to senior-level talent (Consultant Director)
  • Solve complex, niche, and leadership hiring mandates with high accountability

Talent Strategy & Solutioning

  • Translate business demand into targeted hiring strategies
  • Design custom sourcing approaches (not just portal-driven hiring)
  • Provide market intelligence: talent availability, competitor mapping, compensation insights

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Build pipelines through LinkedIn mapping, passive talent engagement, referrals, and networks
  • Drive proactive talent mapping for consulting ecosystems (Big 4 / Tier 2 / Captives)
  • Reduce dependency on job portals through direct sourcing excellence

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Partner with Consulting Leaders, Partners, and Hiring Managers
  • Drive alignment on role expectations, candidate quality, and hiring timelines
  • Act as a strategic advisor, not just an executor

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Mentor and coach recruiters on consulting hiring, advanced sourcing, and stakeholder management
  • Set execution rigor across screening quality, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups

Data, Metrics & Hiring Outcomes

  • Track and drive time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health
  • Maintain decision-ready dashboards and hiring MIS
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency
