Specialist Project Manager
So, what's the role all about?
Project Manager is responsible for Lead and manage compliance Projects/Programmes from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and regulatory expectations.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation and Business Analysis
- Manage issues proactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders and escalate internally as required to resolve issues
- Project implementation involving cloud solution migrations, SaaS implementations, , ensuring compliance controls are implemented effectively.
- Interpret Client requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Effective use of NICE project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques and templates. In doing so, define project tasks and prepare project plans. Monitor, manage, and communicate project progress. Manage project scope and scope changes.
- Ensure SaaS solution implementations adhere to internal security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with industry project management best practices standards, internal process and standards
- Partner with Compliance Implementation teams to ensure timely implementation
- Manage all aspects of change governance, including approvals, documentation, readiness checks, impact assessments, and compliance signoffs.
- Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and represent NICE or Business Unit in internal and external /customer forums by providing effective communication.
- Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and project insights.
- Prepare clear, concise updates, status reports, and risk summaries for executive audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and crossfunctional meetings.
- Assess compliance processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Support the development and rollout of compliance frameworks, standards, and policies.
- Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements. Contribute to project management methodology improvements. Provide assessment of project results.
- Develop and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices for compliance across cloud, SaaS, and AIrelated initiatives.
Have you got what it takes?
- Proven experience (12-14+ years) in project management within Compliance, Risk, Financial Services, Technology, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and Project management framework
- Demonstrated experience in cloud environments, SaaS implementation and managing complex, multistakeholder projects.
- Strong knowledge of endtoend project delivery life cycles and formal change governance processes.
- Proven ability to lead complex multistakeholder projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
