Specialist Software Architect, CX

So, what's the role all about?

We are looking for a Specialist Architect to lead the architectural vision, design, and evolution of our digital platform. This role demands deep handson expertise in PHP (Laravel & Symfony frameworks), AWS serverless technologies, and OpenSearch, along with proven experience designing hightraffic, globally distributed, resilient systems.

You will play a critical role in building and scaling a missioncritical, multitenant SaaS platform that handles millions of interactions per day, meets strict SLAs (99.99%), and supports zerodowntime deployments and robust disaster recovery

How will you make an impact?

Own and define end-to-end platform architecture across APIs, data, and integrations. Design scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native systems for high concurrency and burst traffic.

Drive event-driven architecture and AWS Serverless adoption.

Lead PHP architecture (Laravel/Symfony), defining standards for DDD, APIs, and performance.

Architect and optimize AWS Serverless solutions (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, etc.).

Design and scale OpenSearch/Elasticsearch for real-time, high-volume data use cases.

Build for resilience and reliability (multi-region, DR, failover, RPO/RTO).

Embed security, compliance, and observability best practices (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring).

Mentor teams, lead design reviews, and drive architecture strategy and roadmap

Have you got what it takes?

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering

8-13 years in software engineering, with 3+ years in architecture leadership roles

Expert in PHP (Laravel & Symfony) with large-scale production experience.

Proven experience architecting high-traffic, SaaS or real-time platforms.

Strong expertise in AWS Serverless and event-driven architectures.

Hands-on experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture, caching, and data modeling.

Demonstrated success building highly scalable, low-latency, highly available systems.

Strong experience in resilience, DR, and zero-downtime deployments.

Excellent communication skills with ability to influence global stakeholders

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience in CCaaS / Digital / real-time platforms

Exposure to multi-region SaaS architectures

Familiarity with serverless + container hybrid models

Experience with cost optimization at scale
