This role involves offering personalized banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products, while ensuring superior customer service and compliance with bank policies. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with strong financial acumen and a passion for relationship management.Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assetsDeliver high levels of customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policiesCross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagementInform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationshipsPlan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement eventsCoordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to other financial productsMaintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accountsTrack and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
