Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to build and own the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in initiating conversations, engaging prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound prospecting
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling)
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers across target accounts
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
  • Consistently follow up and nurture prospects


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Outbound SDR / Sales role
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and energetic on calls
  • Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
  • Process-oriented with good CRM discipline
  • High resilience and consistency in follow-ups


Work Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
