About The Job
- Hands-on experience in 2 or more of the Perimeter Security domains (Cloud Native Firewall, Security Group (NSG), WAF, IDS/IPS, Proxies, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, CSPM, CWPP
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and certifications viz: Cloud Native Firewalls, Security/Command Center, Any cloud certification, AWS cloud security certification preferred
- General understanding of Linux and Windows and Network Devices.
Essential Job Functions
- 24x7 ( or Agreed Service Level) monitoring of AWS Ops environment.
- Identify/Detect and Notify any anomalies/threats/vulnerabilities that need action on any of the dashboards along with resolution.
- AWS cloud native security controls
- Network and security operations support and management including: -
- Ingress/Egress management
- VPC deployment, subnet management
- Route table and NACL management
- Troubleshooting VPC flow logs
- NSG and ASG management and operationalization
- Route 53 management
- AWS Security hub monitoring and remediation
- Hands on experience on IaC – terraform for all infra/security changes.
- Handling Azure NSG, Vnet, Azure firewall, Azure DNS
- Managing Azure express routes
- Creating and managing of AWS/Azure Load balancing solution (Load balancer/Application gateway/WAF)
- Recommend security measures to enhance Secure Score and to mitigate potential threats/attacker impacts
- Provide break-fix support for Network, Load balancers as well as firewalls/Next Gen Firewalls/VPNs/VPN Gateways/Web App Firewalls
- Triage DDoS scenarios and provide containment measures/recovery recommendations to restore availability
- Vendor coordination activities during incident handling or a bridge scenario
- Analyse, investigate and provide security recommendations for intelligent protection of Customer subscribed cloud and hybrid workloads
- Major incident handling - participation in bridge
- Vendor Coordination activities for break-fix scenarios
- Provide RCA for P1/Sev1/ Network and Security Incident scenarios
- Open a problem record in line with the customer policies/processes (based on ITIL best practices)
- Vendor and cross team coordination
- Problem Management periodic update and stakeholder communication at agreed frequency
- Provide SLA report against agreed SLAs
- SLA Exception Business Case
- SOPs Creation
- Create, Review and present weekly/monthly client facing network and security reports
Qualifications
- Experience: 9 to 12 Yrs.
- Shall have Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Shall possess excellent documentation, technical analysis report comprehension and presentation skills
- Should be willing to work in complex environments/matrix organization
- Should be willing to work in 24x7 environment
- Incumbent should carry continual system improvement mindset and able to demonstrate in work.
