About The Job:
- We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and advanced data use cases.
- The role requires strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and performance optimization to support high-volume, high-velocity data processing.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Build and maintain robust, high-performance data models to support analytics and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms
- Collaborate with BI, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications:

Technical Skills
- Core Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using ETL/ELT frameworks in SSIS, MS SQL Server DB.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design
- Proficiency in SQL with strong focus on query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience building and managing data models, fact tables, and dimensions for analytics-ready datasets
- Experience working with batch and incremental data loads
Data Platforms & Tools
- Experience with relational and analytical databases
- Understanding of data quality, data validation, and data reliability frameworks
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, and Data Warehousing
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
