About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled Java Backbase Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications integrated with the Backbase platform.
- The role involves contributing to enterprise-scale digital banking solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications integrated with Backbase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and stability
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements
- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+)
- Hands-on experience with Backbase (CXP / DBS preferred)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with REST APIs and web services
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile / Scrum project experience
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps exposure: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Relevant Java or Backbase certifications
