Supervisor - Logistics (Mumbai)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a practical and hands-on Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations such as truck loading/unloading, site coordination, challan approvals, and bill submissions. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, basic English communication skills, and the ability to handle Mathadi workers effectively in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Truck Operations: Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading of trucks at the site or warehouse.
• Documentation: Verify and approve challans (delivery/site) and ensure timely bill submissions.
• Workforce Management: Handle Mathadi labor teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Site Coordination: Monitor daily activities at site, including material movement and labor work.
• Reporting: Maintain basic records and report status to the manager.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in logistics/site supervision or similar field.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Language Skills:
• Marathi – Fluent; must be able to handle Mathadi teams.
• English – Basic communication and documentation ability.
• Other:
• Practical, field-oriented mindset.
• Physically fit and ready for on-ground work.
• Familiarity with truck loading/unloading procedures.
