Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Conduct API testing (REST and event based services) and full end to end validation.
- Test e commerce platforms, ideally with exposure to Hybris.
- Develop and maintain automation using Robot Framework (Python); experience with Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent UI test frameworks.
- Execute regression testing (manual + automated) ensuring complete flow coverage.
- Perform performance and load testing with tools like K6, LoadRunner, integrated into pipelines.
- Define and maintain monitoring and alerting for test and production environments.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Use Jira, QMetry, or similar tools for test management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, providing analytical and troubleshooting expertise.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software testing experience, with strong API and regression testing background.
- Hands on expertise with Robot Framework (Python).
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent UI automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of performance/load testing tools and pipeline integration.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Jira, QMetry, or similar test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience transitioning teams from manual to automation first QA practices.
- Understanding of cloud based test environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Exposure to AI assisted testing or self healing frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to improve processes and product reliability.
