Essential Job Functions:
- Support BCCM RRP program to enable Nordea to have application remediation
- Support and document recovery steps to build comprehensive Infrastructure Recovery Playbook (IRP)
- Accurately document and refine infrastructure recovery steps for comprehensive Infrastructure Recovery Playbook
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed input from diverse technology stakeholders
- Develop and test recovery documentation to reduce risks associated with catastrophic loss events
- Work with technology teams to ensure IRP can be completed according to project plan
- Build recovery steps together with technology teams as TRRDs only include high level recovery steps
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Support risk mitigation through comprehensive recovery documentation
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Broad understanding of technology with specific experience in working with infrastructure
- Strong facilitation, coordination and communication skills as role will drive workshops with multiple application SMEs and stakeholders
- Experience with business continuity management, digital resilience, disaster recovery or similar with strong IT perspective, cyber security ideally
- Experience with documenting and developing playbooks
- Experience conducting desktop/tabletop testing of recovery documentation
- Financial services experience and basic understanding (preferable)
- High quality standards for delivery of documentation
- Be able to work and communicate effectively with MVB team
