About The Job:
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on testing experience across Salesforce clouds, with deep expertise in Experience Cloud (Communities/Digital Experiences).
- You will own end-to-end quality for community portals, including functional, integration, regression, security, and UI testing—across desktop and mobile—while contributing to automation, CI/CD, and best-in-class release quality.

Quality Ownership:
- Define and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites (B2B/B2C), templates, and customizations (LWC/Aura/Flows/APEX).

Functional & Integration Testing:
- Validate user journeys (registration, login/SSO, self-service, case creation, knowledge, CMS content), guest user flows, sharing sets, and role-based access.

Security & Compliance:
- Test guest user access, sharing rules, sharing sets, profiles/permission sets, OWASP top 10 risks, CSRF/XSS, and session security in Experience Cloud.

API & Data Validation:
- Test REST/SOAP integrations (e.g., Experience Cloud ↔ Service/Marketing/3rd party), use Postman/ReadyAPI, validate payloads, and perform SOQL-based data checks.

Non-Functional Testing:
- Validate performance, responsiveness (mobile-first), accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and governor limits.

Release Readiness:
- Support deployments across sandboxes to production (Change Sets/Copado/Gearset), perform smoke/UAT regression, and sign-off with clear quality metrics.

Defect Management:
- Log, triage, and track defects to closure using Jira/Azure DevOps; drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Owners, Admins, Developers, and Architects in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; contribute to test data strategy and environment readiness.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–6 years of total QA experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce Testing.

Strong, demonstrable experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Digital Experiences/Communities), including:
- Site setup, templates (Customer Account Portal / Partner Central / Build Your Own), navigation, branding.
- Guest user security , sharing sets, audience targeting, page variations, CMS, moderation.
- Authentication flows (Self-registration, SSO/SAML/OAuth, Auth Providers).
- Hands-on testing of LWC, Aura, Flows, Approval Processes, and Record-Triggered Flows.
- Proficiency in writing clear test cases, test data design, and traceability from user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Solid experience with one or more test automation tools for Salesforce: Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- API testing with Postman (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML validation; basic SOQL and familiarity with Developer Console.
- Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Zephyr/Xray/qTest, Git, Salesforce Data Loader.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles, sharing rules.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator (ADM-201), Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Certified Associate.
- Exposure to CI/CD for Salesforce (Copado/Gearset/SFDX), scratch orgs, and test automation in pipelines.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Digital Engagement, B2B Commerce.
- Performance testing (e.g., k6/JMeter) for external-facing Experience Cloud portals.
- Accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse).
- Experience with internationalization/localization testing on community sites.
