Job Title: Area Development Executive (ADE)
Reporting to: Branch Customer Development Manager (BCDM)
Location: Headquarter- Mumbai & 15 days travel to Madhya Pradesh/ Chhattisgarh
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Qualification: Graduate /MBA with experience in FMCG field sales
Division: Consumer Products Division
Channel: FMCG-General Trade
Purpose of the role
Conceptualizing and implementing branch specific interventions to drive channels partner performance and development for business outcomes for the branch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go To Market
- Assist BCDM in crafting category specific GTM plans and driving implementation in the branch
- Keep track of local nuances and competitive context and recommend tweaks to the GTM strategy for specific geographies
2. Distributor Management
- Ensure overall hygiene of the branch with respect to outlet base, sub-stockist, gaps
- Support BCDM in driving core development KPIs - ECO, MSS, Focus SKUs etc.
3. Business Automation & IT
- Assist BCDM in driving implementation in branch of technology initiatives such as sales automation tools, new IT systems
- Continuously educate field sales teams and drive 100% adoption of sale
4. Sales Development Agendas
- Work with BCDM to ensure effective communication and implementation of critical sales development agendas of the year
